Consultation and use of the Website implies acceptance of the following provisions by the visitor (hereinafter ‘the User’).
- Access to the Website
By accessing the Website, the information it contains and the services offered, the User declares that he/she has read these provisions, the data protection policy and the cookies policy and undertakes to comply with them.
CREACT Consulting makes the Website available to Users and ensures its proper maintenance provided that it has control thereof. CREACT Consulting reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or temporarily modify access to the Website for technical or maintenance reasons. CREACT Consulting shall under no circumstances be responsible for any prejudice suffered by the User in the event of temporary unavailability of the Website due to maintenance operations.
- Liability
CREACT Consulting is only bound by an obligation of means with regards to the operation and continuity of the Website.

A contact form is made available to Users on the Website. The User is invited to complete the form by providing his/her identity, email address, telephone number (optional) and the message he/she wishes to send to CREACT Consulting. CREACT Consulting will do its very best to reply to the User as soon as possible.
By using the contact form, the User acknowledges having read and accepted CREACT Consulting’s data protection policy.
- Miscellaneous provisions and applicable law
Any dispute that may arise in connection with the use of the Website and/or the interpretation or performance of these provisions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law. To the extent that not amicable settlement can be reached, the dispute shall be brought before the courts of the district of Liège – Namur division, which will have sole jurisdiction.
