Personal information will be treated in conformity with Regulation 2016/679 on data protection (GDPR) and the national data protection law.
Why do we process your data?
Your personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
– To manage and ensure the follow-up of our contact form. By filling in the form and ticking the dedicated box on the form, you are giving us your express authorisation to process your data in order to deal with your request. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the data processing performed prior the withdrawal of your consent. We collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. The data you provide will only be transferred outside the European Union to countries which, according to the European Commission, can guarantee an adequate level of protection of personal data. If this is not the case, CREACT Consulting will take the appropriate protection measures by means of standard contractual clauses relating to data protection adopted by the Commission. How can you exercise your rights?
CREACT Consulting shall answer any questions you may have. You may also exercise the rights set out below by submitting a written request and providing proof of your identity:

- Right to object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests;

- Right to data portability in order to receive your data in a structured format and transmit it to another data controller.
